New RADEX MARKETS Client Portal - Login instructions

We are pleased to inform you that the upgraded RADEX MARKETS Client Portal will be launched tomorrow.

We kindly invite you to experience the brand new Client Portal, where you are allowed to monitor and manage all of your accounts with a single login, making your trading experience smoother and more convenient.

Login instructions:

First-time login

- Please use your MT4 / MT5 account credentials (username and password) to access the new Client Portal for the first time.

Subsequent logins

- After your first login, the system will bind your MT4/MT5 password to your profile.
- You can then log in using either:
- * Your email address + selected password, or
- * Any of your MT4/MT5 account credentials.

Password changes

- To update your Client Portal password, go to “Security Settings.”
- Once updated, you will only be able to log in with your email + new password.
- Please note: this change will not affect your MT4/MT5 trading account credentials.

Email Changes

- Please note that email addresses cannot be modified directly within the Portal.
- If you need to change your email, please contact customer service for further assistance.
