1.1 The Black Friday Limited Promotion - 20% Commission Drop (herein the “Promotion”) is available to Clients of the Company who are eligible to participate in this Promotion in accordance with Clauses 1.2, 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 of the Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The Client hereby acknowledges, confirms, and accepts to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions as set out in this Promotion and/or any other legally binding Agreement between the Client and the Company. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with Radex Markets Product Disclosure Statement and other Legal Documents available here.

2.1 The campaign period for this Promotion shall commence as of 28th November 2025 and conclude on 12th December 2025, both dates inclusive.

2.2 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

3.1 In order for a Client to be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Client must have opened a Trading Account with the Company as per the Account Opening Agreement and must be over the age of 18 or the legal age applied in the client’s country of residence or otherwise must not be considered as a "minor" in the country of residence.

3.2 The Promotion is open exclusively to new retail clients who open a trading account during the Promotion Period through the Company’s designated promotional links or advertisements.

3.3 The Promotion is exclusively applicable to MT5 RAW trading accounts. (MT4, Standard, MAM, PAMM, Demo, and reactivated accounts are explicitly excluded, along with any form of EA automated trading and trading robots.)

3.4 The Promotion is not available to existing clients, Introducing Brokers (“IBs”), or clients referred by IBs or affiliates.

3.5 The Company reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to:
a. Decline the registration of any participant in the Promotion at its discretion; or
b. Disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the Promotion or violate these Terms and Conditions, as well as any legal documents outlined on the Company's website, will be disqualified.

3.6 The Company’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion shall be final and binding.

4.1 During the Promotion Period, all eligible clients shall receive a 20% reduction in commission on selected trading instruments, as well as a reduced trading spread for Gold. The specific trading instruments eligible for this promotion and the corresponding reductions shall be detailed in the attached table.

4.2 The selection of eligible instruments shall be determined solely by the Company and may vary according to market conditions and liquidity.

4.3 A standard lot refers to a complete round-turn trade consisting of an opening and closing position in Forex products (notional value of 100,000), Gold (100 ounces), or Silver (5,000 ounces). The exact amount of spread reduction is not fixed and may be adjusted at the Company’s discretion without prior notice.

4.4 Standard margin requirements, leverage limits, and product availability shall continue to apply in accordance with the Company’s general trading terms.

4.5 Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the Promotion shall apply automatically to eligible accounts during the Promotion Period. Upon conclusion of the Promotion Period, all affected trading accounts shall automatically revert to the Company’s original RAW account commission settings.

4.6 This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with or combined with any other concurrent offer, bonus, or campaign, unless expressly approved by the Company in writing.

4.7 4.7 Clients cannot switch between or combine with other offers or bonus Promotions offered by the Company. If you no longer wish to participate in the Promotion, please send an email to [email protected] to archive the Promotion.

5.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse to offer this Promotion at its sole discretion without the need to provide justification.

5.2 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or withdraw the benefits of this Promotion if it reasonably suspects that a Client has engaged in abusive, manipulative, or fraudulent behaviour, including but not limited to internal or external hedging, multi-account trading, or other misconduct.

6.1 Any dispute or situation not expressly covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the Company’s Management in a fair and reasonable manner. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.

7.1 The Company will not be liable for any potential issues or losses on the client’s front, including any financial losses that may be incurred during the campaign period. Forex and derivatives involve substantial risk. There is a possibility that a client may experience a significant loss that can quickly exceed the initial investment. Before making any decision in relation to a financial product, you should obtain and read the Company’s legal documents available on the Company’s website carefully.

7.2 The Company will not be held liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any losses incurred by participating in the Promotion, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage resulting from participating in this Promotion.

8.1 The Client acknowledges that Forex and Derivatives are leveraged products that involve a high level of risk. When trading in such products, it is possible for Clients to lose all their invested capital. These products may not be suitable for everyone, and Clients should ensure that they understand the risks involved. Clients should seek independent advice if necessary.

8.2 These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
