In order to provide better service to our clients, we will be performing a server optimisation starting at
14:00 – 22:00 on November 26th, 2022 (AEST). The maintenance is expected to take approximately
8 hours but may finish earlier or later depending on the actual situation.
During the server optimisation, you will not be able to access My RM (the client portal). After the system upgrade, you will be able to access My RM as normal; nothing will be affected by this.
